This is a planet that appeared in The Fugitives. It appeares to be owned by Lord Hater, at least in this episode, because he has Watchdogs stationed all over the planet in search for Wander and Sylvia. The top of the planet is comprised of an entire city, but the consequence of this is that a large sewer system is needed on the inside of the planet. This sewer system has a dump vehicle at the end of it which carries away any trash. The city itself is quite large, most likely a few kilometers or miles across. During the events of The Fugitive, it is surrounded by an atmosphere of Watchdog UFOs.
