The Night Mayor is a character who made a small cameo in "The It". He is a villainous politician and vampire that terrorizes the galaxy, usually being among the higher ranks of the Galactic Villain Leaderboard.

Physical appearance

He is a diminutive and pale vampire with pink skin who wears a purple suit, a mayor's sash, a top hat and a monocle. He has large pointy bat ears and sharp bloody fangs.

Powers and Abilities

Being a vampire, he can transform into a small vampire bat and fly about freely. However this likely means that he can only come out at night. He is also likely a skilled politician.

Biography

In "The It", his picture is only briefly seen on the Galactic Villain Leaderboard. In a deleted scene, he was seen on one of his worlds about to presumably address the people, but he eventually ended up being one of the many villains who was scared off by Lord Hater's deranged game of tag. Despite this, he still remained in the top ten, at number 5.

In "The Good Bad Guy", the Night Mayor is seen still holding the spot of number 5.

In "The Battle Royale", the Night Mayor was shown to still be in the top ten on the leaderboard in a flashback, although it is likely that he and the rest of the villains fell off the board when Dominator became the Greatest in the Galaxy after acquiring the Ring of Invincibility.

• He was originally going to have a full scene in "The It", but it was removed due to time constraints.
• His appearance seems to be inspired by The Mayor of Townsville from one of Craig McCracken's previous shows, The Powerpuff Girls.
• Prior to "The Battle Royale", the Night Mayor was in the 52nd spot on the Galactic Villain Leaderboard.
• His name is a pun of the word "nightmare."
